Announcements

  • New Senior Staff at the Law School
The Law School is happy to announce the appointment of two new senior staff members: Susan Curry, who will head up the Public Interest Law and Policy Program, and Amy Gardner ’02, who will serve as our new Dean of Students. You can read more about these appointments by clicking here.

  • Lectures (and more) Online
Did you know that a number of the Law School’s lectures and other events are available for you to watch online? Peruse through the latest lectures from your favorite professors, see clips from our recent conferences, and even find a number from the Law School Musical here.

  • Curl Up With UChicagoLaw on Goodreads
If there's one thing that a community as intellectually and politically diverse as UChicagoLaw can agree on, it's probably a deep and abiding love of books. So the Law School is proud to announce the launch of its official presence on Goodreads, the social network for people who love to read. Become our friend on Goodreads, and you can stay up to date with our faculty's new publications, get recommendations from the faculty, or catch up on some Law School classics. You can even become a "fan" of your favorite faculty members. As time goes on, we hope to use the site to organize discussions with UChicago authors, alumni book clubs, and more.

In the News

  • Tom Ginsburg has won the American Political Science Association Award for Best Book. You can read more about Professor Ginsburg’s award by clicking here.
  • Anup Malani explores several issues relating to U.S. and foreign pharmaceutical companies here and here.
